100g ginger root, roughly chopped
Juice of 2 lemons
2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp honey
Cracked black pepper
20ml apple cider vinegar

Method

1

Roughly chop your ginger- We like to keep the skin on for extra fibre, but that's up to you!

Throw everything into a blender and whiz until smooth.

Strain the mixture through a sieve - you can use a spoon to gently push and extract the last of the juice from the pulp mixture.

Store the juice in miniature airtight jars or bottles, or one larger bottle for portioning out through the week. This recipe makes 4x40ml shots.

Optional - You can compost the pulp, or turn it into a face mask! ♻
